My space about me
I put this here so Sarah can have something to read when she looks at my page; accordingly I also changed my profiles song to one of Dave's artsy techno pieces so she wouldn’t read it.
My name is Michael; I’m a history major at William Paterson University (sometimes*), in spite of that fact I am not capable of writing well, so forgive me for this confused account of my existence.
TV was my best friend growing up, not to say I wasn’t a happy as a little kid, just little scared by the outside world. If I was to blame all my problems on any one event, witch I'm not because that would be stupid, it was transferring schools after first or second grade ( I don’t really remember, the when’s not the important part anyway). The new school was bigger, more modern, and nicer in every irrefutable way. However I spent my recess cowering in the library and computer room hiding from other kids who picked on me on the playground. Middle school was better, high school was worse. But I eventually made real friends crashed a few cars, vandalized some public property and life went on.
I don’t know how I got through it but I did, and I must have been one hell of a terror to everyone around me because they ALL agree that I had one hell of a temper growing up. But I’ve mellowed out a little since then. Maybe “a little’ isn’t the right set of words, “dangerously withdrawn” and “naturally chillaxed” have been subjected. I’ll let you guess with one my parents offered as opposed to my hippie friends.
* I’m taking a semester off of William Paterson, paying off my car, credit cards, figuring out what I want do with my life… I don’t want work in retail, that’s for sure (also I can cross off food services and warehouse work, not fun).
I hate writing about myself. Five pages on a NY/NJ Dutch style roof for an 18th century Georgian style plantation house was infinitely easier then the last six inches in my about me. Everything I write sounds really shallow, cheep and pathetic, like I’m a shell of a person – dead inside to everything but my pathetic existence. (Btw I can be ‘a little’ melodramatic at times)
Facts about me. I drink. I don’t smoke. I have toy trains, lots of them. I play video games. My friends talk about video games, I’m tired of being used but losers who leach off me, lots of booze and a couch will put me to sleep, or get me drunk and watch me run miles.
